What are the benefits of taking The lifestyle and weight management program:

~ Teaches you how to manage stress, promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

~Helps clients achieve their weight loss or weight management goals.

~Helps to incorporate physical activity, learn about stress and its relationship to weight management, since its a major influential factor in many client’s well-being and overall health, leading to weight gain, higher cholesterol, and weak immune function.

~The client will greatly benefit from fitness classes, positive lifestyle changes and weight management coaching (If an individual has more experience with exercise and lacks basic knowledge about  proper weight management, they may only be instructed about weight management, rather than fitness training, but again both are offered).

                                  ~THE PROGRAM IS ONLY 20  SESSIONS,  MEETING ONCE A WEEK- for 1 Hour~

Before taking the Program,
Please remember that the program:

1)  Will not give the client prescribed detailed menus/eating plans (you would need to see a registered dietician or certified nutritionist to get that).

2) Gives clients general and basic advice about healthy lifestyle, nutrition, caloric intake, stress management and exercise recommendations.

3)Helps clients set reasonable weight loss goals based on your own unique situations and experiences.
